Terms for using the basebuild platform.

Effective date: February 17, 2026. These terms govern access to basebuild cloud and self-hosted services, including AI features, automations, and app builders.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using basebuild, you agree to these terms and all applicable policies referenced by your order form or workspace agreement.

2. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for account credentials and workspace administration.
You must ensure lawful use of data processed through the platform.
You are responsible for configuration choices in self-hosted deployments.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use basebuild to violate laws or infringe third-party rights.
Do not disrupt service integrity, security, or availability.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer data.

4. Open Source and Third-Party Components

basebuild includes open-source components and is built upon Baserow . Use of those components is subject to their respective licenses and notices.

5. Fees, Changes, and Termination

Cloud subscriptions are billed under your active plan terms. We may update features, pricing, or service terms with notice. We may suspend access for material violations or legal requirements.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

Except where prohibited by law, services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. Liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed under applicable law and your signed agreement.
