Terms & Conditions
Effective February 17, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using basebuild, you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. Accounts
You need a valid, verified email to register. You are responsible for your credentials and any 2FA recovery codes. One person per account — accounts cannot be shared.
3. Your Content
You own everything you create in basebuild. We do not claim rights over your data. We only process it to provide the service. Trashed items are permanently deleted after 72 hours.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use basebuild to break laws, infringe IP rights, access other users' data without authorization, disrupt the service, or circumvent usage limits.
5. AI Features
AI features use third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, OpenRouter, or Ollama) configured by your admin. Relevant workspace data may be sent to those providers. AI outputs are suggestions — review before relying on them.
6. Open Source
basebuild is built on Baserow (MIT license). See the Open Source Notice for full details.
7. Billing
Cloud plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. New accounts get a 3-day free trial. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the billing period ends. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
8. Self-Hosted
Self-hosted users are responsible for their own infrastructure, backups, and security. Analytics and AI integrations are off by default.
9. Termination
You can delete your account anytime with a 3-day grace period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Liability
basebuild is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
